 As a Peel Specialist, I offer a range of professional Chemical Peels designed to resurface, renew, and improve overall skin health. I also provide advanced treatments such as Microdermabrasion and Corrective Facials, each tailored to the skin’s condition and goals. Post-Surgical Facials are a focused specialty, delivered with clinical precision to actively support recovery. These sessions integrate LightStim® therapy to reduce pain, improve circulation, and calm inflammation, combined with targeted Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for the face and neck to ease swelling and accelerate healing. Every treatment is individually customized, blending advanced technology with therapeutic techniques to restore skin function and optimize results.

This branch of my practice bridges client care and professional education, offering both practical tools and advanced training for long-term wellness. For clients, I provide MovementRx sessions - guided self-myofascial release and movement education designed to support those managing chronic pain, injury recovery, or movement limitations. Each session includes instruction plus take-home therapy tools to encourage continued progress. I also offer Self-MLD instruction, teaching clients gentle lymphatic techniques at home with the use of specialized brushes and resources - an approach that benefits individuals living with lymphedema or lipedema, as well as those seeking improved lymphatic health and self-care. For professionals, I provide a Facial Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification for Licensed Estheticians, along with specialized workshops and education in corporate and clinical settings. These trainings emphasize clinically informed, hands-on skills that can be immediately integrated into professional practice.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a medically informed treatment that supports the body’s natural healing by reducing swelling, inflammation, and fluid retention. It is especially effective for post-surgical recovery and for managing inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain syndromes. MLD is also highly supportive for those living with lipedema, helping to ease discomfort and improve mobility. Beyond targeted recovery, MLD works to restore lymphatic and immune balance, promoting healthier circulation, deep relaxation, and overall wellness. For clients with lymphedema, I also provide Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), which integrates MLD with compression, skin care, and therapeutic exercise to effectively reduce and manage swelling.Beyond targeted recovery, MLD helps restore lymphatic and immune balance, promoting circulation, relaxation, and overall wellness. In addition, I provide Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for clients with lymphedema, which includes MLD alongside compression, skin care, and exercise to effectively manage and reduce swelling.
