I’m Amy Asevedo - founder of Eden Wellness, owner/Yoga Teacher of Ignite Yoga & Wellness - I am an integrative bodywork and movement practitioner with a passion for functional, sustainable, whole-body wellbeing.

At Eden Wellness, I specialize in integrative bodywork, lymphatic care, Integrated Release Therapy™, and movement-based corrective work that support pain reduction, recovery, nervous system regulation, and long-term functional wellness. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques with a grounded, compassionate style to help clients move better, breathe better, and live with less tension and more ease.

The Flow Forward Project is a community initiative supporting lymphatic health and recovery after breast cancer treatment. Through donation-based classes and collaborations with local wellness providers, the goal is to make education, movement, and lymphatic support more accessible.
