I’m Amy Asevedo, founder of Eden Wellness - an integrative practice where clinical precision meets intuitive care.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, Registered Yoga Teacher, Board-Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Licensed Esthetician - and soon to be Certified Lympedema Therapist, I take a multidisciplinary approach to assessment and treatment. My focus is on helping clients regulate their nervous system, reduce pain, and restore optimal function.
Each session is designed to support your body’s innate healing mechanisms through therapeutic touch, evidence-informed techniques, and a systems-based understanding of the mind-body connection.
Eden Wellness is located in Flowery Branch, Georgia, across from historic downtown. This is a dedicated space for therapeutic work, structural realignment, and nervous system regulation.
